This Privacy & Cookies Policy explains how the public govio website at govio.online handles personal data, contact requests, cookies, analytics, and embedded media. It applies to the website, not to separate product or contractual terms.

Contact form data
When you submit the Enterprise contact form, we process your name, work email, organisation, organisation type, optional phone number, optional message, consent status, selected language, page URL, CTA/source, UTM parameters, referrer, timestamp, and normal technical submission metadata.
Purposes
We process website data to provide and secure the website, remember your preferences, respond to your request, manage business communication, measure website performance after analytics consent, and load the YouTube video after embedded media consent or when it is played.
Legal bases
We process contact requests and website security data based on legitimate interests in operating the website and responding to business inquiries. Optional analytics cookies and automatic embedded media loading are processed based on consent. Some records may be kept where required for legal obligations or legal claims.
Recipients and processors
Personal data may be handled by the ambitas team, our own ambitas server hosted with Hetzner in Germany, Zoho SMTP/email services for contact form delivery, Google Analytics after analytics consent, and YouTube/Google only if the YouTube video is loaded after marketing and embedded media consent or when the visitor plays the video.
International transfers
The public website is hosted on an ambitas server with Hetzner in Germany. Some providers, such as Google or YouTube, may process data outside the European Economic Area when their services are used. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards.
Retention
Enterprise contact form leads are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship or legal obligation. Technical and rate-limit logs are normally kept for up to 30 days. Language and cookie consent choices are stored for 12 months. Google Analytics retention follows the configured analytics retention settings.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the public website, including HTTPS, access controls, server-side validation, honeypot and rate-limit protections for the contact form, and restricted access to incoming requests.
Your rights
Depending on your situation, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, receive data portability, and withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
